If you are using Microsoft Edge, the new Immersive Reader may help enhance your reading experience.
Immersive Reader was originally designed to support readers with dyslexia and dysgraphia, but now is used by anyone who wants to make reading on their device easier.
Microsoft Edge Immersive Reader can help improve reading comprehension and enhance learning.
To enter Reader Mode, open the page you want to visit using Microsoft Edge. You can select Enter Immersive Reader in the address bar.
Select the text that you want to read, right-click, and from the context menu, select Open in Immersive Reader.
When you're done using the reading tools, you can exit Immersive Reader by selecting Exit Immersive
Reader from the address bar.
Translate web pages in Immersive Reader
If you would like to translate a text into another language, please select Reading preferences. Choose your desired language and toggle Translate entire page.
Over 70 languages are currently available.
Please note that many of Springer Nature support articles are already available in multiple languages (German, Japanese and Chinese), so no additional translation tool is required to access them.
Read Aloud
select Read Aloud from the Immersive Reader toolbar.
To stop listening, select the Pause button or the X to close Read aloud.
Voice options allow you to change the reader's voice and slow down or speed up their reading pace.

You can find variety of text and colour options such as Text size, Text spacing, and Page themes to enhance your experience in Immersive Reader.
